- What do I get for £7.98?
- One of only 80 numbered digital copies of Essex Is Essential. That includes full streaming access to all 13 tracks in the Listener Lounge, the exclusive behind-the-scenes and documentary footage, and your own collector number.
- How does the collector number work?
- Copies are numbered in the order they are claimed, from 001 to 080. Your number is assigned automatically the moment your payment goes through and is shown on the confirmation screen and in your order email.
- How many copies are left?
- The counter on the homepage shows the live number remaining out of 80. Once all 80 are claimed the drop closes and no further copies are sold.
- How do I stream the tape after buying?
- After payment you're taken straight to the Listener Lounge, where you enter the same email address you paid with and set a password. That creates your account and links it to your copy.
- How do I get back into the Listener Lounge later?
- Go to the Listener Lounge and sign in with the email and password you set after purchase. If you've forgotten the password you can reset it from the sign-in screen.
- I paid but can't access the tape — what now?
- Access is tied to the exact email used at checkout, so the most common cause is signing up with a different address. Use the email on your payment receipt, and if it still doesn't work, reply to your order confirmation email and we'll link it manually.
- Can I download the tracks?
- No. The mixtape is streaming-only inside the Listener Lounge so the release stays limited to the 80 copies that were claimed.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Card payments, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
